Dr. Yazdi has more than 15 years experience in extensive nutritional research, counseling, and teaching. As a graduate student, Dr. Yazdi worked as a researcher at the UT – M.D. Anderson Cancer Center while receiving her Ph.D. in Nutrition. There, she gained extensive knowledge in developing programs to improving women’s health and decreasing childhood obesity. In addition to her academic background, Dr. Yazdi has served as Clinical Dietetic for Seton, and Community Nutritionist for the Sustainable Food Center and the Texas Department of State Health.
